Follow all of the steps listed in the procedure to avoid damage to components and/or

Release the push clips (2x)
that attach the LH front fender garnish to the front fascia.

Release the clips (x11) that
attach the LH front fender garnish to the vehicle, and then remove the
garnish from the vehicle.
Tip: Starting from the center of the LH front fender garnish, carefully pull the garnish away from the vehicle and work outward.CAUTIONBe careful not to bend the front tabs that attach the front of the garnish to the front fascia.
Install
Installation procedure is the reverse of removal, except for the following:
- Position the front fender garnish rear alignment tab into the rocker panel before installing the clips.

Once the front fender
garnish alignment tab is positioned, install the rearmost clip and work
toward the front of the vehicle.
CAUTIONBe careful not to bend the front tabs that attach the front of the garnish to the front fascia.
